• Evaluation form inputs: financial figures, property details, business information (stored only if you submit a full application)
• Uploaded documents: files you voluntarily attach to your application
• Communications: messages submitted via the contact form

Information collected automatically:

• Log data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps

• Usage analytics: feature usage patterns in aggregate, anonymized form

• To provide and improve the evaluation and application platform

• To process and facilitate loan applications you choose to submit

We do not access, query, purchase, or receive any data from Equifax, Experian, TransUnion, or any other consumer reporting agency. No credit inquiry of any kind is made through this Platform.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

• Service providers: Supabase (database/auth hosting), cloud infrastructure providers — bound by data processing agreements
• Lenders: Only the application data you explicitly authorize us to forward as part of your loan application
• Legal authorities: When required by law, court order, or to protect rights and safety

We retain account and application data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Pre-assessment session data that is not submitted as a full application is not persisted. You may request deletion of your data at any time via our contact page.

We use industry-standard encryption (TLS 1.3 in transit, AES-256 at rest), row-level security policies, and access controls to protect your data. However, no system is 100% secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
