1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using LendEval ("Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all terms, you must not use the Platform.

2. Educational Purpose Only

LendEval is strictly an educational pre-application readiness tool. All scores, evaluations, recommendations, and content provided by the Platform are for informational and educational purposes only.

Nothing on this Platform constitutes a formal credit decision, loan application, approval, denial, interest rate quote, or commitment to lend under the Equal Credit Opportunity Act (ECOA), Regulation B, the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), the Truth in Lending Act (TILA), the Fair Housing Act, or any applicable state or federal lending law.

LendEval is not a lender, mortgage broker, credit counselor, financial advisor, or registered investment advisor.

3. No Credit Inquiry

LendEval does not access, query, or obtain reports from any credit bureau (Equifax, Experian, TransUnion) or any consumer reporting agency. No hard or soft credit inquiry is generated through use of this Platform.

4. User Responsibilities

5. Account Registration

When you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, scoring logic, and materials on LendEval are the exclusive property of LendEval and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LENDEVAL DISCLAIMS ALL EXPRESS AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

IN NO EVENT SHALL LENDEVAL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM OR RELIANCE ON ANY INFORMATION PROVIDED.
